Course: CEHS 017 Discovering Your Potential 2

This HESED Transition Program course is designed to increase the learner's success in school, work, and personal life by teaching the skills related to self-awareness, self-advocacy, and self-determination. This course begins with learners setting their Hesed Student Learning Plan goals related to vocation, social, daily living, and faith development. This course will start with determining students' strengths, and areas of improvement. In this course, students will develop positive personal qualities such as self-esteem, positive attitude, self-discipline, and self-motivation, which will enable the learners to attain their vocational and independent living goals.
