Dr. Tammy Ferry, Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Concordia University Wisconsin-Ann Arbor, begins the Real You, Revealed! series by identifying 5 tricks the devil uses to try to steal your identity. She then lays the groundwork for discovering your true identity.

The Real You, Revealed! – Part 2: Deep Discovery

In Part 2 of The Real You, Revealed! series, Dr. Tammy Ferry, Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Concordia University Wisconsin-Ann Arbor, introduces the five things that make you, you. Using a discovery map, she helps learners dig deeply into who they are and how they got there, all the while leading them toward the true source of their identity.

The Real You, Revealed! – Part 3: Divine Design

In this final part (3) of The Real You, Revealed! series, Dr. Tammy Ferry, Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Concordia University Wisconsin-Ann Arbor, details the Divine Design – the five traits that only God can give. It is these five traits that make up your true identity, and they are found only in Christ!

About The Presenter

Dr. Tamara Ferry has invested her career in higher education. She is a “lifelong Lutheran learner” and is passionate about the value of a faith inspired university experience. Working as the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Concordia University Wisconsin-Ann Arbor, Dr. Ferry sums up her main responsibility as “measuring the mission.” She has oversight for all institutional data, assessment of student learning, and accreditation initiatives. Dr. Ferry also leads Concordia’s Institutional Review Board and assists with strategic planning.
Tammy earned her Ph.D. in Urban Education and Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is active on the Board of Directors for the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation recently serving as board president. In her role as the spouse of a university president Tammy enjoys coordinating, hosting, and attending university events as well as cheering on the athletic teams. She channels her own competitive spirit into running, biking, and swimming, participating in occasional triathlons. Tammy and her husband, Patrick, have five adult children and two grandchildren.
